It isn’t always easy, but take the time to be authentic and just share:

• what you are thinking
• what you need
• what you believe
• what you want
• what you hope will happen
• what you can share

When you hold back, you are not doing yourself or the people around you any good…just share and share as much as you can. It will be worthwhile and the efforts will probably come back to you positively and way more than you give.
