Some businesses are focused on being exclusive. They say – this (fill in the blank) is for just our customers.
- They can be choosy.
- They can be selective.
- They can be difficult.
Then again, they can also choose to be accommodating, accepting and flexible.
The person who was told they can’t park there (for example) may well be their future customer.
When they say it is just our customers who get this benefit, maybe the perk isn’t worth the purchase.
