It is easy to say and harder to do… but, if you can pull it together, be mature and just be nice.

I am serious about this. Life is too short to deal with petty complaints.

She did this. He didn’t do that.

He owes me. I made him what he is today (did you really? Or, did you just make an introduction to a person who made their own decision for what was best for their company/initiatives/plans?)

She took what was mind. He said something about me. She told them secrets. He punched me.

We are no longer friends. The end.

Seriously. Get a grip people.

Let’s all agree that it doesn’t have to be like this and maybe if you follow this mantra it will be so much better in the end. Just. Be. Nice. (The. End.)
