What do you do when you witness, experience or are aware of an inappropriate process?

Do you

• Report it?
• File it away for future reference?
• Call them on it?
• Write a letter to the paper (news media)?
• Tell the offended person that you think it was wrong?

There is a way to do things and the rules exist for a reason, so when the inappropriate process takes place there should be corrective action. The only question really is – how can you fix it?
