Share them with as many people as you can.

You should feel confident.

Be ready to explain, though and defend your plan.

You can argue your point and trust that someone will agree with you.

Whenever you think of good ideas, write them down, expand on them and through collaboration or inspiration, you may just turn them into great ideas.
