When on vacation, you can eat whatever you want, right?

• Pasta
• Panini
• Pastries

I know that it isn’t perfect, but when you can, you should. Especially if you can see where it is made. Where the ingredients come from and who is making your food. It is even better if you can talk to the farmer, help the chef cook, and personally say thank you for their craft.

More important even than all of that…when they can entertain you with “cheese” and more cheese! I think, when you have the time, you can come up with jokes, jabs and jibes that are easy to share. Plus, the audience is probably going to be receptive and appreciate the effort. So, go for it and help make memories – it is the best way to spend the time.
