If they don’t answer the first time, call again (or e-mail again).

Maybe they didn’t get the message. Or, they haven’t gotten that far yet.

Maybe they did get the message and they forgot about it. Or, they didn’t have a chance to get back to you yet.

Maybe the business is closed. Like forever, and not in good way, like that they retired.

Maybe it is because today was a holiday; no office hours. (I mean the banks were closed, they don’t get to be the only ones.)

It could be any one of those things. Just for your own sanity, call again (or e-mail again) tomorrow and then one more time for good measure. After that…well, it’s in your hands or theirs. So, you have to make a decision – how long are you willing to wait?
