Completely loving the summer harvest from our local CSA farm and thought this might be a good idea for the blueberries on hand. Consider these options. Should it be:

• Big puffy twists of meringue?
• Perfectly whipped swirls of heavy cream?
• As a treat with freshly brewed coffee?
• Home made vanilla bourbon ice cream with a simple dusting of confectioner’s sugar?

I will ponder this a bit more.

However, if you are looking for a little inspiration for the blueberries on hand – and you are hoping to make the most of them before they turn squishy – these ideas might give you a direction for tomorrow morning (or an afternoon snack.)
