What does age have to do with it? Are you older or younger? Do you really know more than someone else just because you have more years under your belt…and who wears a belt anymore?
Just because someone has an MBA does that mean that they know more than the person who invested a quarter of a million dollars in a business and employed 15 people for five years?
Do you need the paper to prove that you have what it takes?
What if you tried to do it and you failed or didn’t fail but found something else more important and chose to stop?
What if other things you have done are even more important to what you are doing today…
- like raising children…
- like volunteering to help others who can’t do for themselves…
- like taking care of your parents…
- like taking care of someone else’s children…
- like teaching…
Or, like 100 million other things that matter more to what you want to do. Are you proud of what you have done so far and happy to keep doing it, making things better in this world? Great. That is what matters. Keep doing it. All of it.
