It is true that a little rain won’t hurt you…But, it can make you change your plans.

Go to the museum instead of the park.

Buy an impulse umbrella even at double the price.

Take a taxi (or an Uber) instead of walking the 2 miles there and back.

Run close to the buildings and hide under each awning you can.

Stay in and just drink wine.

Ask them to turn on the heater, or for an extra blanket.

All will be fine. A little rain on vacation can’t be the thing that makes you sad, after all you are not getting married and you are definitely not at work. So, smile, have another coffee and know that it will be sunny again soon (even if it isn’t tomorrow).
