Two hours later, you know what they do, where they went to school, a little about their spouse (career, age and family history) - plus how many kids they have and what they like to eat for dinner.

The trick is, to tell them enough about you, to let them feel comfortable. They just need to have heard a little interest from you and they are your new bestie. I am prone to do this. Authentically of course. I want to learn. I am so curious. It is so much fun and very interesting to hear what will be shared by complete strangers. I am still so very fascinated by all that I can learn from just saying hi.
