Stay calm and maintain the patience for the humans who help us – and even for the ones who don’t seem to be helpful.
Give credit where due – humans are pretty incredible for all they bring to the table.
In person, you can (should) choose the people who are able to help you. You will see it in their eyes and they have the ability to make eye contact.
Over the phone, intuition matters and they have it. They will likely be more sensitive to the sigh of relief or frustration and act accordingly.
Online… best of luck to you – but – the chat form can be monitored by someone who is experienced and will step in when needed. (Without the bots, it can take longer but, don’t YOU want to be chosen for the value you bring?)
Make the choices that may seem difficult now, before it’s too late. Take a breath, count if needed and offer the patience for the humans they deserve. We want them to be here for us, just like we are here for them.
