Think about the order of priority. When we are in school, it is homework, then fun or play…when we start our careers, it is the same. Prove yourself, get a promotion, a raise…recognition to move to the next big thing. One day, you realize there needs to be a time when you need to prioritize your of life at home then work duties.

All work and no play is not acceptable.

Holidays aside…life is year-round and we need to find the time and place for both. There has to be a balance and knowing what matters most.

First and foremost… home then work can come in second. It may not be the easiest thing to unlearn but do your very best to figure it out (or it may be figured out for you.) The Millennials saw this before anyone else did…maybe they ARE the smartest generation out there. (Or, maybe just about some things. We shall see, won’t we.)
