There are rules and then, there are guidelines…
- Mere recommendations.
- Suggestions even.
- Do what you want.
- Or, don’t actually take any action at all.
- Just be satisfied with where you are today.
Even though you know thousands of calories are coming in fast, a little indulgence over the weekend is okay.
- Some things you cannot resist.
Of course, there are rules that you will have to follow, but then again – some rules are meant to be broken. Red and green DO blend with orange and tan when you’re talking about colors of Italian pastries. Make up for it tomorrow with extra cycles on the circuit. Or, even better, plan ahead and start out each day this season by adding a few minutes onto your normal workout.
