Cardio and Planks

If all we could do (all day) were cardio and planks

  • We would not care about our step count.
  • We’d be breathing fine after a run up the Rocky Steps.
  • We would not have mobile phone neck posture issues.
  • We’d be ignoring e-mail, texts, DMs, IMs, channel comments, pings and other electronic distractions.
  • We would be better off.

Maybe cardio and planks are the new goal. All day, every day. There might even be a way to earn a living but, you’d have to try it first to find out.

PS We would ALSO not care a single thing about how much we eat on Thanksgiving or the calorie count on a single, crafted hot, caffeinated beverage.
