I heard the phrase quick turn ages ago and just embraced it.

In my mind, this is not just for airline travel by the professionals. It can be used for nearly any instance when you need to spend a bit less time than ideal in between coming and going back.

Limited time, be as efficient as possible, and follow the critical protocols. You still have to check all of the boxes and make sure everyone stays safe.

Airline connection.

Restaurant seatings.

In person interviews.

College drop offs.

Take that quick turn as best you can. No need to be a pilot and crew to make it happen. If you do it right, even the longest delay won’t be perceived badly.
