Sure, it could be a movie reference (but it isn’t)…the people who know you. The ones who really choose to know you are the insiders. They are the ones who listen. The ones who lean in. The ones who get to know the real you.

We share ourselves when we can be comfortable.

We go for the goal when we think we have a shot of getting there.

We believe in each other, our family, kids, friends, and close personal contacts (aka colleagues).

Those are the insiders, the ones who get our jokes, know our movie references and the songs we choose. It doesn’t have to be everything, but it really means a lot – which is more than most and matters above all. Thank you for listening and being able to share what you believe, too.
