While this is fan fiction, those authors have a unique way of taking something that was already quite wonderful and making them somehow even better.

Another would be the remake, or the remake even of a remake. Years and decades later they hold up. New actors making the most recent release worth watching.

A song – whether performed by the original writer, or someone who took it and made it their own – bears being listened to again and again.

Every time another version is created it inspires someone else to publish, produce, or perform and make the world more interesting and ever so lovely.
