Since you have been here before, then you can look back, introspectively on your prior experience. Think about the options. Evaluate one solution or another.

You can also sway others with your opinion.

Make a compelling argument – state your reasons clearly. Be prepared to answer questions, point and counterpoint to guide others helping them make a decision.

Then, being familiar enough with the experience in the room, work together to solve the actual problem.
