We are all (in our own way) racing to win.

Unless, we are racing to catch up. Then, it is a whole different perspective and you have to use a different strategy.

In one scenario you are up against others and in another you are up against yourself.

Figure out why it is that you are racing to win and not just trying to be your very best. When you do this, it is always a good thing and you are going to win in the end.
