Be honest with yourself first. Decide if you would give it. Let’s just assume you could have an out of body experience – watching your own life unfold. As the center of the story:

Where would you make more time?

What would you want to improve?

How much effort would it take to just watch, and listen carefully?

Parents especially find their patience in time whether it is years later or looking back on what was wasted. These are the days and we only have new ones in front of us to make it right. Be sure to use them to their best potential.
