Who Can Tell

It is getting more difficult as recipes are enhanced and formulas are refined. Who can tell the real thing from the replacement?

Also, what is the same or different in terms of health benefits (or as the case may be…none).

Higher calorie count.

Less sodium.

Similar cholesterol.

More sugar.

Zero alcohol.

No real nutritional value.

It is easy to tell if you can see it, but few are the ones who can tell in a blind taste test.
