Book now and pay more, or wait and save – which would you choose?
It doesn’t always work that way, but in this case, since we have the time, we can delay a day or two. This (according to the vendor) will actually save about 35% which is pretty significant. So let’s just take our time, and sit on it for a bit.
In most cases, you actually can get a discount if you pre-book and order in advance. This – as you probably know – will allow the company to plan ahead, commit to inventory and schedule staff according to the work load. It can help to address the guaranteed (prepaid) volume and balance the support needed.
Then again…It might not work out the way you plan. They may sell out. They may change the menu (or design). They may completely discontinue the product or service due to a lack of interest and demand.
At least you can try to predict the future based on past results.
Or, if you don’t have the funds yet, well, then you should wait and save until you do. Maybe by then there will be a deal for you. These days, you just never know. Try to figure it out and make the best decision you can knowing what you know now.
