An adequate depth of study;

A healthy amount of the discourse;

Fair and civil debate;

To eventually, hopefully decide.

It doesn’t always happen this way. Sometimes the learning takes so long that there is not as much discussion or debate – only a decision to finally move on and get on with it.

Be ready, plan to find out at much as you can, then learn, discuss, debate and figure it out – once and for all – to improve on the future and make it better for all.
