One item is all it takes.

• Take out.
• Drive thru.
• Delivery.
• Direct delivery or UPS shipment.

Always double check the bag, the list of items, the packaging. Make sure that the entire order is there.

• Before you leave.
• Before you ship.
• Before you seal the package.

No matter what.

It isn’t that difficult. Customers hate (and I mean hate) paying for something that they don’t receive.

Maybe it takes once, or maybe twice… but if you never learn to verify and double check the order, you will lose those customers.
