Always an advocate to stay local, shop local and support the local community…these days it seems we have no other options.

That said, I’m still going to care more for my neighborhood stores and restaurants – they are our neighbors, the parents of the PTA, the Girl Scout leaders and even more important, our friends.

Not just because it has been demanded, but because it is the right thing to do.

We need to support them.

They need us more than ever.

For “health and safety” we are directed to stay local, shop local and that makes sense, but I say that it is essential for our survival, for our sanity and for our future.
