Settle into the Dream

If it is good and you can, in the early morning, settle into the dream and let the moment linger and the mind wander.

  • You can be creative.
  • You may want to learn more.
  • You can be free.
  • You want to remember.
  • You can be surprised at what REM sleep will generate.

Then, if you can recall, that is amazing. You may want to settle into the dream, allow the memory to solidify. Later, you can share with others (your family, friends and maybe colleagues) what you saw. Embrace the experience, think about what you heard or said – maybe what you felt when you woke up – which is probably the most meaningful part of it all.
