New Menu

New restaurants always have a fresh new menu…or at least they should.

Old (even historic) restaurants, trying to reinvent themselves should definitely have one, too.

Trying to keep the loyal customers from the former owner, you can’t change everything, but fresh salads, soups and even desserts can do a lot to bring in new patrons. Specials that you promote online and social media can go a long way to leverage your friends and family offer to help spread the word, contributing to your success.

Then, your notariety as the owner can be complimented by chef’s creations and a fabulous new menu that has everyone (hopefully), just waiting for you to open tomorrow for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Oh, with something chocolate for dessert, too.
