Keep Stretching

It’s been a bit (nearing on three weeks for some of us) and it is important to keep stretching.

  • Your mind – thinking good things, focusing on how you can improve yourself and be available to others.
  • Your reach – out to others, whether via text, call or video call, they need you now, too.
  • Your body – get up, move around, reach up, reach down and breathe in and out – expand your lungs.

This is a time to keep stretching, further than you thought you could, instead of retreating and hiding. Ignoring what is going on will not help, you must push past that impulse. Instead, go out, further than you thought you ever could reach. It is there for you and now is as good a time as ever, if not now, when?
