Sometimes, you have to ask a question twice, or even three times, just making sure they gave you the answer – an answer – the correct answer.

• You did the work.
• You offered advice.
• You were in the room.
• You showed up.
• You gave an opinion.
• You may have forgotten.
• You don’t have to second guess…even though you will.

You are right; even if you are just making sure – it is ok. Every three years. Ask again. It can’t hurt. Really. They need to know you want to know and will support them, either way.
