Every Minute Counts

I am just a little stunned realizing that the kids today already know that every minute counts. I should not be, but I am.

Of course, they are the digital kids. Analog is foreign to them.

You cannot tell my daughter that it is 7:30 when it is actually 7:28 or even 7:29 because that may mean that she has another 1 or 2 minutes to finish breakfast, or watch a video or brush her teeth…it is more of a literal interpretation of time but as a generation, I believe that they are trying to make the most of it.

Some of us have taken longer to get there… maybe, mentally; or just with age, realizing that every minute counts in every single day to live life to the absolute fullest. I am so happy for them. I hope that it is a full life indeed.
