you should definitely pick them up and save them.

Just like with your friends, your family and yes – your clients, too.

The people with whom you spend your time are too important to let them fall and get bruised and be left behind.

Of course, you can’t stop them from actually falling – neither the apples nor the people around you. People fall all the time.

Ideally, don’t let them fall. When you find that they have – the most important thing is not to leave them there. Help them up. Dust them off. Clean them up. Boost their ego and their psyche. They will do this for you some day, too I am sure.
