Better late than not show up.

Even when the party has started, even when they have already had the first round, even when you could have stayed home in your comfy pants, under the blankets on the couch, watching Netflix…

It is better late than never arrive at a friends house, to interact with them, to talk, to learn more about what they believe, about the things that are important to them, to find out what makes them tick, to laugh together and be able to remember.  You know, remember that time when you went out anyway and it was the best night you’d had in a long time.
