If someone, or some store, sent you a $5 reward, you might be likely to use it. At some point. If it doesn’t expire before you planned to go shop there.

What if, they extended your reward for one more month? After all, it was granted in honor of your birthday – why not celebrate just a little bit longer?

Especially if you come to shop at their store, just because of the $5 they gave you.

Now, imagine that you used the $5 reward and the very same day you earned another one…for no special reason at all – not a birthday 5 – but for no other reason except to get you to come back again soon. Maybe, just maybe even tomorrow.
